SELCAN Sustainability Stars is a training and awards scheme that supports businesses to reduce their impact on the environment, become more efficient, and improve their green credentials. The scheme provides free and subsidised training and accreditation opportunities for businesses in the South and East Lincolnshire region and awards the achievements of local businesses working towards their sustainability goals.
Delivery of this scheme is supported by PECT and the South & East Lincolnshire Council’s Partnership Grants4Growth Team.

FREE CARBON LITERACY TRAINING FOR BUSINESSES – Date TBC
The South East Lincolnshire Climate Action Network (SELCAN) is inviting members of the local business community to attend a Carbon Literacy training day. This is designed to help participants learn more about how understanding and reducing carbon emissions can lead to sustainable business growth.
Delegates will also have the option to undertake a short exercise after the training to achieve their formal Carbon Literacy certification from the Carbon Literacy Project.
The training session will take place at The Hub, Mareham Road, Horncastle, LN9 6PH from 9.15am to 4pm and places are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. Please note lunch is not provided but tea, coffee and biscuits will be available throughout the day.
